About Our Service

Education is one of the most powerful tools to break the cycle of poverty, not just for an individual, but for entire communities. But for many Shia students in Iraq, the dream of higher education ends where financial struggle begins. A Master’s or Doctorate degree becomes a distant hope when there’s barely enough to meet daily needs.

Through this program, we provide interest-free loans to students who’ve been accepted into reputable universities. It allows them to focus on learning, not loans, so they can build a future grounded in knowledge, stability, and service to their community.

How We Execute

We Select Responsibly: Only students with confirmed university admissions are eligible. Preference is given to women pursuing studies in Human Resources, Media, and Medical Sciences.

We Disburse Transparently: The loan is sent directly to the university once admission is verified.

We Ensure Fair Repayment: Students repay 15% during their studies and the remaining 85% over the next three years, completing repayment within 5 years.

Who is eligible for the Higher Education Loan?

Any student from a financially challenged background who has secured admission into a recognized university for a Master’s or Doctorate program is eligible to apply.

Which fields of study are prioritized?

While all academic fields are supported, priority is given to students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Media, and Medical Sciences, especially women, due to the pressing need for professionals in these sectors.

How is the loan disbursed?

Once the student’s admission is verified, the loan is paid directly to the university in accordance with the tuition fee schedule provided.

What is the repayment structure?

15% of the loan must be repaid during the first two years (while studying).

The remaining 85% is to be repaid over the next three years.

Full repayment is expected within five years of disbursement.
